What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
How does WebDesk protect customer information?
Our preferred shopping cart uses Verisign SSL certificate that encrypts your credit card and personal information before processing the transaction. If you make payment via PayPal, they also provide similar encryption. In addition, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?
Will Bluejayw disclose any client information to outside parties?
Bluejay will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Bluejay may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Bluejay, our users, or others.

Terms of Service
Custom Website Design
Our custom website design includes in insertion of up to 15 pages content and our websites are built to enable our clients to easily add more pages without limit. If our clients provide us more than 15 pages of content to insert, there may be an addition cost of $25/hr. for the time it takes us to insert the additional pages. The same limit applies to product insertion. We'll get you started with your first few (limit of 15) products, and show you how to continue from there. Additional product insertion will be billed at $25/hr.
We are able to provide the best service when our clients adhere to our 4 step website design system. Typical website completion time for steps 1-4 is 7-8 business days. Delays may occur if clients postpone the submission of the step 1-4 forms, if steps are skipped, or if instructions are not followed for steps 1-4. If delays caused by the client exceed 120 days, additional charges may be incurred for work on steps 1-4. Please do not proceed to step 2, until you are happy with the design. If more refining needs to be done to the mock-up designs, use a support ticket instead. The forms for Steps 1-4 may not be used more than once.
You may submit a "support ticket" for work that does not exactly fit into a step 1-4 form. Support tickets submitted during the first 120 days of your service are done at no additional cost, if submitted within the following guidelines: To avoid confusion, we allow only one support ticket to be submitted at a time. You must wait until that support ticket is completed before submitting another. Multiple items should be grouped into one support ticket and sent together. A maximum of one support ticket may be submitted per day. Support tickets submitted beyond the 120 day limit will be billed at $25/hr. or $65/mo. for Unlimited Support.
Support Ticket Policy:
- Submit 1 ticket at a time.
- Expect that small support tickets to be completed within 24-48 hours
- Give complex or lengthy support tickets 72 hours
- Wait until you receive the completion notice before submitting another support ticket, no exceptions
Unlimited Support Pacakge
The unlimited support package is a great value for support, as an alternative to being charged for hourly support at a rate of $25/hr. There is a minimum term for Unlimited Support of 6 months. We offer unlimited service to our clients for any tasks relating to the design, build, and success of their website, that are not deemed unreasonable by Wallaby Website Design. Therefore, there is no limit to the number of pages, products, etc., as long as the number of products and pages will contain content or product information that is prepared by the client, and not deamed by our coaching staff as frivolous or unnecessary. Unlimited Support refers specifically to website support, and does not include business development, product development, or anything outside of the website and it's functionality. We are not a custom programming company. Instead of reinventing the wheel, so to speak, we utilize other available and compatible software to accomplish desired results on our websites. Our support is limited to the insertion and implementation of such software components, but comes with no guarantee of their adequacy, or customization.
All website content, including images, are the responsibility of the client. All images used by Bluejay in mock-up designs and throughout the website design process, are for example purposes only, and not meant for permanent use. Where possible, images with watermarks will be used. All images used, and the rights to use those images are the full responsibility of the website purchaser. Bluejay cannot be held responsible for the use of unauthorized images.
We have two levels of Logo Design. Level 1 is our most popular and included the production of 8 logo ideas based upon your input, and four subsequent revisions to fine tune your logo to your liking. Level 2 start with 16 logo ideas from multiple graphic designers, and four subsequent revisions. Further revisions may incur an additional cost at $25/hr.
Hosting is a service required to make your website accessible online. We have developed a hosting solution with the company HostGator to provide our clients an optimal website hosting experience. Because not all website hosting is the same, we highly encourage our clients to use our hosting, which costs $8/mo., although this is not required. Our clients get full cPanel and FTP access to their hosting account. An alternate solution is for our clients to provide us login access to their own hosting provider. In such a case, we charge a one time transfer fee of $40. If hosting isn't selected by the time of the website purchase, monthly hosting for $8/mo. will be set up for you.
Media hosting is different than website hosting and may be necessary service depending upon your needs. We do not provide media hosting, but we can certainly point you in the right direction, depending upon your specific need.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Custom Website Design
Custom website designs programs that are canceled by the client through email communication are entitled to a refund relative to the progress that has been made on your website, if requests are made within 15 days, and according to the following:
- 100% -- Prior to our graphics design team beginning Step 1 - Design.
- 50% -- After the delivery of the first round of mock-ups, but prior to any subsequent revisions, mock-ups or other website work.
- NO REFUND — There will be no refunds of any kind after work on step 2 has begun.
Website Hosting may be canceled at any time. Monthly hosting will simply not renew in the following month, and yearly hosting will be refunded in the amount proportional to the future months remaining in your hosting plan, minus any discounts for hosting purchased in advance.
Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Optimization campaigns may be canceled at any time and you will not be billed in future months. Because of the nature of this work, we require 7 days notice for cancellation. This allows us to complete SEO tasks we are in the middle of so our clients get expected results. This means that notice of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the monthly renewal billing date. SEO services purchased in previous or current months cannot be refunded.
